AJALI - UZEMBE NA MAZOEA VITATUMALIZA TANZANIA!!!





Hii imetokea mchana wa leo Julai 24 barabara inayounganisha kitongoji Ilboru na barabara kuu ya Arusha - Moshi, mjini Arusha baada ya madereva mawili waliokuwa wakiendesha kwa kasi kugongana uso kwa uso. Baada ya kugongana kila gari likaelekea upande wake. Almanusra madereva hao wapoteze maisha yao na ya watanzania wengine.
Barabara hiyo hairuhusu kabisa mwendo mkali kutokana na udogo wake na wingi wa watumiaji wa barabara hiyo

KUMBE KINGUNGE NGOMBALE-MWIRU ANA UMRI WA MIAKA 40 TU!!

Kwa sababu ndogo ndogo tu limenijia wazo kujua umri wa Kingunge, pengine ili kutaka kumtendea haki (kkatika mjdala unaoendelea kuhusu waraka wa kanisa katoliki).

Mahali pa kuanzia nimeenda website ya Bunge, nikiamini ni chanzo cha kuaminika cha taarifa.

Niliyoyakuta huko, mh ndo hayo, eti date of birth ya Kingunge, mbunge wa kuteuliwa na rais ni 31 Dec. 1969!!! soma hapa au fuata kiunganishi hiki: http://www.parliament.go.tz/bunge/mpcv.php?vpkey=201#. Zaidi ya hapo kila kiashiria cha umri wa Kingunge kimeachwa wazi, mfano, zimeorodheshwa nyadhifa zake, lakini alianza lini hadi lini, ama alisoma au kuhudhuria mafunzo lini hadi lini, hakuna kinachooneshwa wala kuelezwa. Jambo hilo linafuta akilini mwangu kwamba kuandikwa mwaka 1969 kuwa ndipo alipozaliwa mhe. Kingunge, si bahati mbaya. Utani huu, unalenga kumnufaisha na????? Na kama ni kukosekana kwa umakini kwa watendaji kadhaa wanaohusika na ukurasa huo wa Bunge, TANZANIA ITAISHIA WAPI???kwanini umri wa Kingunge ni issue, hata ufichwe au ufanyiwe usanii???

IS PASTORALISM A PRIMITIVE MODE OF LIVELIHOOD???











































When you hear Tanzania government leaders, one being H. E, the president of the United Republic of Tanzania Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, speaking on and about pastoralism, the following questions might readily come to your mind; is pastoralism a primitive mode of livelihood? Is pastoralism the main culprit of environmental degradation?

The usual song by the big potatoes is pastoralists have to be encouraged to down stock and discouraged to sustain nomadic animal rearing, ironically christened ‘kuchunga’, and force or lead them to adopt the highly praised and commended zero grazing ‘kufuga’.

More questions come to mind;
-Why is pastoralism not credited and praised for all the benefits it has had to the nation, in the first place? (nani anakula nyama toka kwenye ranchi hapa Tanzania, kwa mfano?)

-Pastoralism has suffocated any other system of animal husbandry over time in Tanzania, why has it to be condemned for its success?

-Even more importantly, how easy is the ZERO GRAZING? (Tazama picha) How prepared is the government to support these animal keepers?

TUJADILI MFUKO WA KUCHOCHEA MAENDELEO YA JIMBO (CDCF)

Wakati nchini Kenya Kunafukuta kuhusu CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND (CDF), Bunge la Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania liko mbioni kupitisha muuswada wa kuanzisha kitu kama hicho hicho (Constituency Development Catalyst Fund) kwa madai kwamba kitakuwa bora zaidi na chenye manufaa nchini katika kuchochea maendeleo. Wamedhamiria na kujipanga vilivyo. Soma tamko la Policy Forum hapa.

Jumapili iliyopita nilikuwa miongoni mwa 'wawakilishi' wa AZAKI (CSOs) waliohudhuria kikao/mkutano wa kukuwadisha ushirikiano baina ya wabunge na AZAKI uliofanyika ukumbi wa Msekwa mjini Dodoma.

Jambo lililojitokeza wazi wazi ni wabunge kutumia kila namna ikiwemo kushambulia AZAKI, kutaka ziunge mkono MFUKO WA MAENDELEO YA JIMBO - CDCF. Hapa sitazungumza kuhusu ni kwanini AZAKI 'zinapinga' mfuko huo ama ni kwanini wabunge wanaushupalia sana.

Mchango wangu unajikita katika hoja moja iliyojengwa na wabunge na ambayo kwa kiasi wana AZAKI, kwa maoni yangu walionekana kuikubali. Nayo ni matarajio ya wananchi kupewa fedha na wabunge kwa ajili ya matatizo yao na yale yanayohusu maendeleo yao. Mheshimiwa Simbachawene, yeye alieleza kwa lugha fasaha na rahisi kabisa, kuwa wabunge wanekuwa ATM! Hapo ndipo nguvu ilipo kwao kutaka CDF ipitishwe ili wasaidie kuchochea 'maendeleo' ya watu wao.

Ninalojiuliza hapo, na ambalo iwapo mkutano ule ungekuwa na fursa ya kujadiliana ningewauliza waheshimiwa hawa, ni Je miongoni mwa wajibu, majukumu na kazi za wabunge hilo la kuwa ATM limo?

Nadhani, hapo ni suala la kimtizamo. Kutokana na kutojiamini, wabunge wamependa njia za mkato za kutafuta kukubalika, moja na maarufu ni kugawa vijisenti kwa wapiga kura. Wananchi waliowengi wamekengeuka mwisho wa siku, wamejenga matarajio ya kupata fedha kutoka kwa mbunge. hoja hii haina mashiko.

Ningepata fursa ya kuchangia siku ile, nilijiandaa kushauri badala ya wabunge kukomalia CDCF (ambayo itadhoofisha uwezo na madaraka yao ya "kuisimamia na kuishauri Serikali", kwa niaba ya wananchi), ningeshauri AZAKI zisaidie kuelimisha jamii kuachana na dhana na mtazamo wa kuwaona wabunge kuwa ATMs.

Ningepata fursa (kumbuka nilihudhuria, na kuhudhuria si lazima kuhusishe ushiriki) ningehoji zitakakotoka fedha hizo (tena katika kipindi hiki cha mdororo wa uchumi duniani na ni kwanini fedha hizo kama zimekosa kazi nyingine ya kufanya zinashindikana kuingizwa kwenye mifumo iliyopo, mathalani serikali za mitaa.
